I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Diana’s Flower Shop. I ordered flowers for a friend who had suffered a loss, expecting a smooth and compassionate delivery process during a very sensitive time. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. First, I was never given a delivery time frame. When I reached out for an update, the communication I received was rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me reschedule the delivery after the failed attempt, I was simply told I could “pick up” the order. When I asked about a refund, I was questioned as to why I would want one — but an attempted delivery is not the same as a successful one. I later contacted the company via email, and no one even introduced themselves, so I had no idea who I was speaking with or whether it was the same person throughout. There was also no apology for the driver’s behavior — just a brief acknowledgment of my complaint and a vague promise to “try” to redeliver the next morning. Neither I nor the recipient ever received a call or any follow-up. I had a terrible experience with this florist and would not recommend them to anyone. I paid extra for Valentine’s Day delivery, but they failed to deliver on time. Instead, they first sent the wrong flowers late, and when I called to address the issue, they denied any mistake even though they had already emailed me saying they couldn’t fulfill my order. The next day, after another call, they finally agreed to deliver the correct flowers. However, what arrived was nothing like what was advertised on their website. The flowers were dry, damaged, and clearly not fresh. When I reached out for a refund, they dismissed my concerns, claimed it was a different company’s issue, and even laughed at me. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Avoid this florist if you care about quality, reliability, or customer service.

The order was correct, they were nice, delivery was pretty much on time. I just wish the roses were better… I know it was Valentine’s Day but that’s the Super Bowl for florists. They either need a better supplier or, if these were the only roses they could get, they could have spent time removing the wilted/brown/imperfect petals.

Flowers turned out so beautiful and the turn-around time was super quick and the service was amazing!! 10/10 would definitely order again! :)
